At Mister Fashion Studio, we simplify the process of canceling almost any order, including those from our outlet. All items can be canceled except for gift cards. Once a gift card is purchased and paid for, it cannot be canceled. If you purchased multiple items along with a gift card, all other items may be canceled within a 5 hour window except for the gift card. All cancellations must be made within 5 hours of the purchase time. Please send a message to misterfashion@misterfashionstudio.com even if its after business hours. Alternatively, you can call or text us at 909-922-9414, if its after business hours our system will allow a text or voicemail and we will reach out next business morning. If you exceed this time frame, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

All outlet orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned after they have been shipped.

Kindly allow a maximum of 72 hours for your order to be dispatched. We guarantee our shipping process within our shipping hours Monday-Friday 9am-9pm. We strive to ship as quickly as possible, but in the event that we are overwhelmed, we appreciate your understanding of this timeframe.
