Our shipping process is designed for efficiency and environmental responsibility, with items dispatched within 24-72hrs hours, Monday through Friday 9am-9pm pacific time, excluding major holidays. Each product is carefully packaged in individual gift boxes, ensuring a delightful unboxing experience while minimizing waste by omitting physical receipts unless specifically requested. Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection to meet our high standards before leaving our facility. To maintain order accuracy, we encourage customers to contact us within 5 hours for any cancellations, except gift card purchases, as orders cannot be altered once shipped. For added security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
