This pet dress is not damaged but a single stitch (one stitch is off) on the wrong (bottom) lining side of the dress. The top stitching didn't meet another stitch in a corner. This dress is almost flawless but were too picky, see photo 2. All outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All outlet items are excluded from any promo codes.
